--Sticky post for the Luke and Noah 2009 Calendar so it's easier to find. :)
So I've been wanting to make a Luke and Noah 2009 calendar for months but kept dismissing it as a crazy idea cause one, I didn't think I had the time, and two, well, it's a whole freaking calendar. But I opened up photoshop one day and started to tentatively play around with making it.
And it wasn't as hard as I thought it'd be. Sooooo voilà!
I've been working on this, on and off, the past month and a half and I think it turned out pretty good. :D
I already printed mine out and put it all together but for anyone else who wants it, check it out under the cut.

1. Today's Luke and Noah episode exploded my fangirl heart into a pile of utter SCHMOOPINESS.
Noah Mayer is the best boyfriend. Ever. If you looked up the definition of "BEST BOYFRIEND EVER" in the dictionary, there would be a picture of Noah Mayer right next to it. No lie.
Noah: You know who you reminded me of today?
Luke: Who?
Noah: The guy I first met. First thing I remembered about you was just...how comfortable you were in your own skin. That was so...amazing to me.
Luke: Well, you were pretty amazing to me too.
( Iz even more convinced that Jake and Van are doing it...whaaa? Who said that? )

1. We went out for my cousin's birthday tonight. And we ate dinner at this really nice Japanese restaurant.
And I'm stuffed full of sushi, shrimp tempura, and ube and mango ice cream.
YUM.
2. I changed my layout again. You guys, I have issues. I can't stick to one layout for more than 2 months at a time. *haz problems*

I'm not too thrilled about the header. Because I HATE HATE HATE making headers out of screencaps. It gives me headaches. :/
What do you all think? And for people who have internet browsers that are NOT firefox, does it look all right?

Only awesome friends will sing for you to cheer you up. Even if they're embarrassed in the process.
I was kind of having an off night last night. It's a bit tl;dr so won't get into it. :P
But after spending an hour angsting it up with ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) x_serenade, I felt a little better.
Then today I log in to see that she had posted an entry of her singing. And not just any song. Nope. She was singing Float On by Modest Mouse. The song that Mr. Van Hansis was singing himself on the AfterElton Rock Band interview.
I have the biggest, shit-eating grin on my face right now. If any of you know Shirphie, you know she is the CUTEST THING IN THE WORLD.
So picture the CUTEST THING IN THE WORLD that you can think of. Then picture them singing a song for you to cheer you up. In the most ADORKABLE WAY ever.

At least the first 2 minutes then the last 2 minutes. The whole thing is 15 minutes so if you want to watch all of it, I won't stop you because it's definitely worth it.

- LMAO James Franco! Oh my, he's a pretty, pretty man.
- DUDE. Beyoncé is AMAZING. Just...amazing.
- Zac and Vanessa! They sang a song from HSM 3 *cries*
- Haven't seen Mammia Mia yet but definitely want to now.
- Best MUSICAL PERFORMANCE EVER. "The musical is back!" Heck yeah it is!

- Will Smith will never stop being awesome. No matter what movie he's in. He's a freaking chameleon.

- I am in love with the way they're presenting all the actors and actresses categories. I think it's very clever. And it really pulls you into the roles these people played, even if you haven't seen the movie.

Youtube Copyright Tutorial (AUDIO ONLY).
I just came across this. Don't know if it's been floating around, but it's a tutorial that helps you get around those audio copyright infringements on your youtube videos. This is the reason I deleted all my videos off youtube. Because they kept muting the audio and the song.
So if you're having those same problems, this is an awesome (and legal) way to get around it. And it'll get you your audio back. :)
NOW. For an awesome High School Musical 3: Scream picspam. Very pretty. Very iconic.

We got several inches of snow this morning and it's still snowing. And our streets are covered with eleventy billion feet of snow and I'm stuck inside for the rest of the night.
My blood is seriously frozen right now, it's so freaking cold.
But THESE GRAPHICS make it a little bit better. I don't even care for Twilight but these are so beautiful and perfectly colored and filtered. Plus, RPattz is pretty. ♥

How did it completely slip my mind that Jared was at the same Comic Con that Van went to?

Not only were they breathing the same air in the same city, but in the same building. *fangasm*
I wish they knew each other so I'd have pictures to drool over. I'm sure Van saw him in passing though. I mean, Jared is kind of hard to miss.

I seriously have no fangirl glee left in me.
Remember the lucky guy that won a charity auction to have lunch with Jake and Van?
Well, the lunch was today and he was more than awesome enough to video tape some of it for us.
AND GUYS. My boys look good. Like really, really, REALLY good.
And a couple of things that are now absolutely TRUE FACTS:
♥ Jake and Van play rock band together.
♥ Jake can sing. Van says so.
♥ Jake and Van are comic book geeks. Even more so in this clip. :D
♥ Van knows what kind of comic book character Jake would be. Just sayin.'
Just...this totally made my night.
That, and the fact that Nuke fandom has raised over $50,000 for various charities ever since Luke and Noah became a couple in 2007. That's just amazing, that is. |
